This model of machine has 6 patents, which is the first invention in China. It is suitable for blowing 3L-12L barrels and pots. Six rotational stations, single or double die head to blow the bottles automatically. The output is about 700 pieces per hour (take 5 L bottle as example). The whole servo system saves 400-600 yuan per day. Achieve real high efficiency and energy saving. It is the substitute of traditional hydraulic machine.

1: high output: take 3L washing liquid bottle as an example: about 17000 in 24 hours.
2: power saving: full servo operation, the average power of the mold closing part is about 10kW, and the annual power saving cost is about 200000.
3: low mold cost: This machine is unified into a sub mold for edge punching, only one sub mold can be made.

Auxiliary Machines
Only blow molding machine cannot operate, we should use the blow molding machine together with below auxiliary machines:
1, Air compressor: use to supply compressed air
2, Auto Loader: use to load virgin resins to the hopper of the extrudor
3, Chiller: use to cooling the molds, because after long time operation, the molds will become hot;
4, Crusher: for the waste material from the blow molding machine, crusher will break the waste material to be small pieces, so we could use the recycled materil to mix with virgin resins again(customer decied to reuse material depends on the actual condition).
5, Mixer: The recyled material will be mixed with virgin resins and use mixer to mix the materials averagely.
