Daily check points

1. Check whether the temperature rise of the screw barrel, the current and the cooling fan are normal.

2. Check the liquid level of the oil source tank at 40%-65%.

3. Check the oil-water separator at the air source inlet of the equipment to check and drain water.

4. Check the lubricating oil added to the oil injection pump and check the lubricating oil at the oil supply point.

5. Add grease to the synchronous rack.

6. Add lubricating oil to the clamping guide pin and guide sleeve.

Weekly check points

1. Check the oil level of the extruder gearbox.

2. Check the position and tightness of the main motor, pulley, and connecting belt.

3. Check the heat dissipation of the oil tank cooler and clean the scale of the cooler regularly.

4. Check the oil, water and gas pipelines and connecting pipes.

5. Check the action of hydraulic solenoid valve and pneumatic solenoid valve.

6. Check the clamping rail and grease.


Monthly check points

1. Check the action of hydraulic solenoid valve and pneumatic solenoid valve.

2. Check each action cylinder.

3. Check the main fuel tank filter.

4. Check the heat dissipation of the oil tank cooler.

5. Whether the high-power line connection is loose or discolored.

6. Regular dust removal, waterproof and moisture-proof, heat dissipation and ventilation to prevent the temperature of the distribution box from exceeding 40℃. Pay attention to waterproofing.

7. Regularly check the wires and cables, whether the terminals are discolored, burnt, overheated, odor, and the temperature is too high.

 

Semi-annual inspection points

1. Regularly replace the main oil tank filter and hydraulic oil.

2. Regularly clean the scale of the cooler.

3. Regularly remove dust from the frequency converter of the distribution box.

4. Regularly check and maintain the grounding of the equipment to ensure that the grounding of the equipment is reliable and the grounding resistance is less than 10 ohms.
